Whistle Blowing System is a means to deliver, manage and follow up reports on alleged violations committed by Internal Abipraya and External parties.

In order to realize the implementation of good governance, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) both internal and external parties to use the path of alleged violations in PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) through the Whistle Blowing System (WBS) Means Submission of Independent and confidential WBS Reports, includes:

Reporting Criteria:

1. Violations committed by internal parties PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) and External parties PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero)
2. Types of violations reported are Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, Fraud, including fraud, embezzlement of assets, information leakage, theft of violation, violation of interest, as well as violating the laws and regulations of PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) Internal
3. Reporting parties are from the internal side of PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) and External party PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) (can be allowed to use anonymous).
4. Unit, place, event and time of occurrence.
5. Supporting documents and other evidence (if any)

Confidentiality Guarantee and Reporter Protection

1.  PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) guarantees your anonymity.
2.  Submission of a Reporter Identity is optional and is not mandatory solely for the purpose of communication of the in-depth report (if necessary).
3.  All Personal Identities and Report Substance are protected by the Data Encryption Mechanism.
4.  PT Brantas Abipraya provides protection to the complainant from all forms of threats, intimidation, punishment or unpleasant actions from any party
