GUIDELINES
Corporate governance or GCG is the Company refers to the Minister of State Enterprises No. Per-01/MBU/2011 dated August 1, 2011 regarding the Application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is SOEs. And ministerial regulation 09/MBU/2012 dated July 6, 2012 on the Amendment of ministerial regulation Per-01/MBU/2011.
Code of Good Corporate Governance (abbreviated with the revised Code) The Company is an elaboration of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Act No. 19 of 2003 on State-Owned Enterprises, Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies and Regulation SOE: PER-01 / MBU / 2011 on Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Practices in State-Owned Enterprises, the Articles of Association of the Company (the amendment was approved by Minister of Law and Human Rights by Decree No. AHU-57022.AH.01.02 Year 2012 ), the Company's vision and mission as well as best practices in corporate governance.
This Code is the basis and reference in the management of the Company. Expected that all activities of the Company will be in harmony with good corporate governance standards. GCG Guidelines contain the principles that apply to all activities of the Company. The Company will consistently inform this Code to all interested parties so that they can understand and tolerate labor standards in accordance with the Company's GCG.
This Code is a reference for a more detailed regulation of the Company in accordance with the needs of the organizational units of the Company. Given the dynamic business environment, the Company will always be reviewing this Code on an ongoing basis as an effort to achieve the best standards of work for the Company.
